I have had severe allergies of all kinds for several years. From Food Allergies to Chemical allergies especially from dust and mold. I purchased a HealthWay air purifier and put it on the lower level of our home where I teach piano. I noticed a huge difference after just two days. My allergies had disappeared. We also have animals and the dander has been noticeably reduced. I am so pleased that we are purchasing a second machine for the second level. My name is Diane Jacobsen, and I am a Day Care Provider. I have been caring for children in my home for 12 years. I purchased my first purifier in March 2006. I could not believe what a difference it made in the air quality. You notice it within minutes of plugging it in. It greatly reduced the amount of dusting I had to do with in my house as well. As any Day Care Provider knows, germs get spread so easily. I really believe that the ‘Healthway’ purifier has helped reduce the number of air born infections spread in my home.
I contacted the gentleman who sold me my unit in November of 2006. My air purifier was making a rattling sound. I acquired the necessary information to speak with the “tech” person, who fixes these units. I sent my unit to them and spoke with them on the phone and had my machine back with in two weeks. Unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed. They agreed to pay the shipping charges for the second time. They could not resolve the problem, so they sent me a brand new unit. This took very little time. We had the new machine a week and a half before Christmas.
I also purchased a second ‘Healthway’ purifier in December. And I am seriously considering buying an ozone unit from them as well. They stand behind their products. They are polite and courteous when you speak with them on the phone. I believe the machines do what they are designed to do and I would recommend them to anyone who cares for children.
Day Cares get a bad reputation because germs get spread so easily. So anything I can do to safe guard my family and my day care children is worth it. I truly believe in the products and will continue to recommend them.

My mother just spent one month in the hospital due to respiratory failure. She was in ICU for 15 days. She has been disabled for 5 years due to COPD. When she came home from the hospital, I was afraid she would have a relapse due to the poor air quality in Los Osos, CA. Mold and mildew capitol of the central coast. I had installed the 20600-03 EMF and we are now into our 3rd week of ownership and the results are astounding! Today, the electricity went off. Mom was afraid to turn the machine back on until she called me at work. It was about an hour or so when she finally called. Her voice was dry, her breathing was labored. You may not be aware that I have been a long term sufferer of Vibra Myagia a problem that attacks the central nervous system causing numerous symptoms to minor muscles. These symptoms include occasional breathing difficulties, joint pains, chest pains and bowel associated problems.
Many of my friends tell me that my house is just too clean and I must admit I am very house proud. We are a small landscape architecture firm located in Yarmouth, Maine. The building we inhabit is old, has huge windows, is close to the street, and is packed with books, papers, work related tools, technical equipment and copiers. First of all thank you for your outstanding assistance in supporting my family needs. My wife has suffered from asthma and allergies her entire life. Mum and Dad both love our two children (my wife and self included) but since we moved to Collie they were able to see them only infrequently coming from Perth for a day and returning to Perth in the evening.
Last week Mum and Dad came down from Perth again planning to stay for a few days but expecting to have to leave after a few short hours due to an anticipated allergic reaction to our two dogs and one cat.
You can imagine her pleasure when not once in four days did either of them cough, sneeze, itch or scratch whilst living at our home with our pets.
Seldom do I thank sales people for selling me a product but your Healthway air purifier certainly made our home liveable for Nanna and Grandad, Nanna's only reaction was when the cat rubbed up against her. But once she had washed her hands the problem went away.
