Back in action at AHR 2023 – HealthWay participated in what was undoubtedly the largest HVAC event in North America. The event halls were packed early as attendees, exhibitors and guests from around the world flooded the AHR Expo floor to see the latest innovations, updates, and news. The Expo changes locations every year and in 2023 we headed to sunny Atlanta, GA.

    Energy savings and ESG continue to be relevant

As companies try to reduce costs, while improving working conditions – conversations are happening around how filtration, dilution, and ventilation play a role in the energy story. With HealthWay’s commercial lineup, you can exceed MERV 16 filtration with the pressure drop (energy consumption) of a typical MERV 8.

    Fewer portables, more ceiling, and HVAC-based IAQ solutions

Based on interactions at our booth, AHR attendees were much more interested and curious about ceiling mount and HVAC-based air quality solutions. Ceiling mount solutions like our FFU (Fan Filter Unit) provide a quick, but effective air quality solution in clean rooms, classrooms, and more.

   ASHRAE community continues to make strides 

This year, ASHRAE featured 20 courses through their LI (Learning Institute) and offered them to various manufacturers and industry professionals. The ASHRAE 2023 Winter Conference featured a strong focus on building decarbonization strategies, more than 100 technical sessions, updates from Society leaders, tours, social events, and a grand AHR Expo.
