The Background
Casa de Monte Cristo’s owner realized that the customer experience could be improved if they could fully remove the smell and sign of lingering smoke in the air within the lounge. They started their search in an effort to improve indoor air quality, customer comfort, and provide a safer atmosphere for all who passed through the store.
Clean Air to Improve Customer Experience

Casa de Monte Cristo used a different air purification system prior to discovering HealthWay Family of Brands. Unfortunately, the other system wasn’t effective at fully removing odor and smoke from the air within the lounge. They discovered HealthWay through, Clean Air Super Star, one of HealtWay’s partners in Florida.
After a site evaluation, HealthWay recommended that Casa de Monte Cristo install two 2000SC units with additional PCO + VOC filters. These filters would help to fully remove any odors or signs of lingering cigar smoke in the air. HealthWay’s units were successful at removing odors and lingering smoke from the air within the cigar lounge.
