Overview:

Application Engineers are responsible for developing commercial applications of HealthWay air purification systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide preliminary filter selections for commercial projects
  • Provide technical support for Manufacturing/Engineering/Sales/Aftermarket
  • Assures the accuracy and completeness of all drawings, files, engineering records, prints, and tasks of assigned projects
  • Manage projects from inception through production
  • Perform root cause analysis and support resolution implementation
  • Design components and support manufacturing source selection
  • Complete special projects as required (product improvements, testing, and cost reduction)

Job Skills Requirements:

  • Ability to handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally
  • Proficient in creating 2D and 3D models & part drawings in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
  • Advanced math, reading, and computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) are required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and motivate a diverse group of employees
  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in the HVAC industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field

Overview:

The Product Marketing Manager will be our market-facing product expert. They will develop a deep understanding of portable and applied commercial products to contribute to go-to-market strategies. Their expertise will be utilized to create tools, content, and tactics that drive desired outcomes for partners, employees, and customers. They will be responsible for producing quality technical, written, graphic, and video content that helps to speed up understanding and ultimately, improve the adoption of HealthWay products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all standard sales materials – create, revise, organize, and procure
  • Help to produce relevant content and case studies that resonate with target customers
  • Measure & track the adoption of sales materials & use feedback to iterate towards excellence
  • From ideation through creation, help to build sales assets and tools that increase adoption of HealthWay commercial and residential products
  • Work closely with Engineering to publish market research reports comparing technologies, products, and brands within the IAQ space
  • Assist in the creation of narratives and messaging for various target customers from distribution to end consumer
  • Assist in the creation of labels, documentation, and product-specific materials
  • Play an active role in the ideation and design of HVAC branch distributor-level activation materials such as flyers, displays, banners, etc.
  • Capture, document, and share feedback (Voice of Customer) with the broader team to influence GTM, promotions, and materials
  • Understand, research, and analyze market dynamics to guide HealthWay decision-making regarding new product development, focused sales efforts, and strategic marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and company awareness within the HVAC market
  • Own the launch and communicate updates of approved product marketing materials through the use of company systems to Sales, Account Management, and others

Product Development Engineers are responsible for leading engineering tasks related to HealthWay air purification systems that meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements.  New product development and current product improvement are two main areas of focus. This is a hybrid position.

  • Conceptualizing new product ideas by using CAD software to design prototypes
  • Performing market research to understand market requirements for new product development

Overview:

The Account Manager is responsible for driving the profitable growth of HealthWay Partner accounts within their designated region. The position requires proactive account management, support, and development of accounts. The AM will build strong relationships, execute sales strategies, provide onboarding & training, manage pipeline and be the all-around go-to for accounts in lockstep with their outside sales counterpart. Leveraging our CRM and ERP platforms, the AM will keep accounts in immaculate shape, with the ability to cleanly dive in and out of data by account number, type, status, and more. The Account Manager will manage, grow and report on multiple accounts simultaneously and must be an able problem solve quickly. This position will collaborate with other functions such as engineering, logistics, production, and outside vendors to realize established goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • From quotation to order to remittance – provide quotes where applicable, order processing, billing, and answer requests timely per internal policy
  • Maintain CRM and ERP with active partners complete with contact information, products, pricing, and agreements
  • Act as liaison between the partner and internal team for all things HealthWay
  • Onboard, setup, and train partners on how to work with HealthWay effectively
  • Proactively provide lead-time, shipping, and logistics answers from order entry through product arrival

Account Support:

  • Learn and understand technical specifications for devices across our portfolio and be able to reference them for use in support and sales
  • Provide white-glove service to partners by serving as their primary point of contact for all client-facing questions
  • Work collaboratively and diligently to identify, validate, and share leads within the designated region
  • Provide specs, marketing materials, and information to partners and sales early and often
  • Meet weekly and collaboratively with sales counterparts on accounts, pipelines, promotions, etc.

Account Development:

  • Understand and accentuate the value proposition of HealthWay products with the goal of selling more units and filters in their respective marketplace
  • Leverage sales tools and collateral to educate and sell partners on our products and solutions
  • Drive sales through day-to-day relationships, constant communication, reminders, training, promotions, and ongoing sales efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally between, sales, service, and marketing to develop new upsell opportunities
