Overview

The Product Engineer is responsible for the production of goods in an accurate and safe manner. Act as a liaison and expert between various functions – sales, engineering, and production. Will be involved with the development of new products through their lifecycle — from conception to quality control.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Recommend design changes, cost reductions, process improvements and manufacturing improvements.
• Provide technical support for Manufacturing/Engineering/Sales/Aftermarket.
• Assures the accuracy and completeness of all drawings, BOMs, routings, files, engineering records, prints, and tasks of assigned projects.
• BOM maintenance –credentials to update and maintain.
• Assist with quality and overall quality controls.
• Testing product prototypes to adjust design flaws.
• Implement engineering changes.
• Develop standards for manufacturing to improve overall quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and work toward resolution.
• Develop standard work documentation and train associates to utilize.
• Design & develop manufacturing and assembly processes, fixtures, gauging and equipment.
• Complete special projects as required (i.e. REA’s, testing, and manufacturing equipment)
• Evaluating the product prototype to identify potential safety hazards.

Job Skills Requirements

• Teamwork, creative thinking, interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in creating 2D and 3D parts in CAD software, Inventor preferred.
• Advanced math, reading and computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) are required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication including cutting and bending.
• Knowledge of mechanical assemblies.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Engineering, bachelor’s in engineering preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• LEAN manufacturing background

Working Conditions

Work is performed in an office, manufacturing & warehouse environment during regular business hours however there will be some variation in work hours due to schedules, special projects, deadlines, and other concerns. Standing, sitting, and lifting may be required.

Overview

The Account / Program Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of HealthWay Partner accounts within their designated region and driving a culture of continuous improvement. The position requires proactive account management, support, and development of accounts. The AM will build strong relationships, execute sales strategies, provide onboarding & training, manage pipeline and be the all-around go-to for accounts in lockstep with their outside sales counterpart. Leveraging our CRM and ERP platforms, the AM will keep accounts in immaculate shape, with the ability to cleanly dive in and out of data by account number, type, status and more. The AM will manage, grow and report on multiple accounts simultaneously and must be able problem solve quickly. This position will collaborate with other functions such as engineering, logistics, production, and finance to realize established goals.

Account Management

• From quotation to order to remittance – provide quotes where applicable, order processing, billing, and answer requests timely per internal policy.
• Maintain CRM and ERP with active partners complete with contact information, products, pricing, and agreements.
• Act as liaison between the partner and internal team for all things HealthWay.
• Onboard, setup and train partner on how to work with HealthWay effectively.
• Assist with timely and accurate order entry.
• Proactively provide lead-time, shipping, and logistics answers from order entry through product arrival
• Learn and understand technical specifications for devices across our portfolio and be able to reference them for use in support and sales.
Meet weekly and collaboratively with sales counterpart on accounts, pipeline, promotions, etc.

Job Skills Requirements

• Ability to handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally.
• Advanced reading and computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) are required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and motivate a diverse group of internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of HVAC and IAQ industry – product, systems, and go-to-market channels.

Qualifications

Minimum
• Strong business, inside sales, customer service acumen.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills from start to finish.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience managing B2B accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in CRM tools.

Preferred
• Experience with HVAC or IAQ industry.
• Experience managing, supporting, and developing accounts.
• Bachelor’s in Business
• Account Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Working Conditions
• Work is performed in an office, manufacturing & warehouse environment. Work hours will generally be during regular business hours 8-5 however, there will be some variation in work hours due to schedules, special projects, deadlines, and other business needs.
• Travel: Dependent on schedule (>20%)
