The Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of the assigned product line(s) achieved by developing and implementing strategies for Intellipure using market intelligence, emerging technologies and industry feedback. The Customer Success Manager will attract new customers and delight existing customers with the goal of keeping customers excited, educated and satisfied. This position will collaborate with other functions such as sales, marketing, technical services, and logistics to realize established goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and technical trends in the direct-to-consumer line of our business; identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • From attracting to delighting, be a comprehensive resource for new and owned customers throughout their relationship with Intellipure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally between, sales, service and marketing to develop new customers, identify upsell opportunities and to create new marketing materials
  • Identify barriers to success, define resolution, and manage internal resources to help resolve in order to meet customer expectations
  • Ensure all incoming customer requests and concerns are resolved in an urgent, professional, and personable manner
  • Learn and understand technical specifications for devices across our Intellipure brand and be able to reference them for use in support and sales
  • Utilize HubSpot, WordPress and other tools to document and track customer inquiries and interactions
  • Perform other related duties such as participating in various projects or initiatives

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of the HealthWay Dealer / Installer market achieved by developing and implementing sales strategies, increasing sell-through, leveraging our management platform and garnering feedback from our dealers. The Strategic Account Manager will be tasked with driving our dealer business and must have proven experience managing and growing multiple accounts. This position will own our dealer channel and will collaborate with other functions such as sales, technical services, R and D, production and quality to realize established goals.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Understand and educate dealers on the value proposition of HealthWay products with the goal of selling more units in their respective marketplace
  • Leverage sales tools and collateral to educate and sell dealers on our products and solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally between, sales, service and marketing to develop new upsell opportunities
  • Drive dealer sales through day-to-day relationships, constant communication, reminders, and ongoing sales efforts

Account Management Responsibilities:

  • Act as liason between the dealer and HealthWay to see each order through from initation to shipping
  • Maintain a master record of active dealers complete with contact information, products, sales and agreements
  • Provide white-glove service to dealers by serving as their primary point of contact for all client facing questions with the goal of client delight
  • Train new dealers and internal stakeholders on reimagined dealer program and track adoption rates of program features
  • Learn and understand technical specifications for devices across our portfolio and be able to reference them for use in support and sales
