Application Engineers are responsible for developing commercial applications of HealthWay air purification systems.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide preliminary filter selections for commercial projects
  • Provide technical support for Manufacturing/Engineering/Sales/Aftermarket
  • Assures the accuracy and completeness of all drawings, files, engineering records, prints, and tasks of assigned projects
  • Implementation into Production
  • Perform root cause analysis and work toward resolution
  • Design and source new products
  • Complete special projects as required (i.e. REA’s, testing, and commercial)

 

Job Skills Requirements:

  • Ability to handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally
  • Proficient in creating 2D and 3D parts in CAD software, Inventor Preferred
  • Advanced math, reading and computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) are required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and motivate a diverse group of employees
  • Knowledge of HVAC industry
  • Physical; standing, sitting, and lifting maybe required.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in HVAC industry
  • Strong technical skills, communication skills and problem solving skills

 

Working Conditions:

 

  • Work is performed in an office, manufacturing & warehouse environment. Work hours will generally be during regular business hours 8-5 however, there will be some variation in work hours due to schedules, special projects, deadlines, and other concerns.

Sales Enablement / Education Coordinator

A first of its kind dual-function IAQ education and sales enablement role. The hybrid role will be pivotal to creating lasting adoption and increased sell-through of our solutions by HealthWay Partners. This position will create training content and modules to educate HealthWay Partners and the HealthWay sales team. They will also, be responsible for scheduling trainings, increasing adoption of our HealthWay Partners app and improving sales outcomes in regions throughout the US.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • The Education Manager is responsible for creating robust education program(s) covering products, technology, product/market fit, IAQ fundamentals and others.
    • The Education Manager is responsible for administration of education programs in multiple formats for HealthWay Partners, internal sales, and key stakeholders.
    • The Education Manager is responsible for coordinating meetups, in-person and online trainings, and the administration of the education program.
    • The Education Manager is responsible for training and onboarding new and existing HealthWay Partners and may be asked to assist in sales process.
    • The Education Manager is responsible for gathering feedback to provide to marketing in order to improve education and support materials.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong ability to make complex ideas consumable
  • Proven ability to create sales enablement materials
  • Understanding of sales enablement metrics and ability to achieve them

The new Regional Sales Manager will step in and be responsible for the growth of a region through our strategic business units (SBUs) including HealthWay Partners (B2B2C), End Market Consumers (B2C), and National Accounts (B2B). The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing existing accounts and earning new ones in their region. The Regional Sales Manager will utilize a toolkit of resources including CRM, sales enablement materials and our in house personnel to help earn, grow and make an impact in their region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Each Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing new HealthWay Partners (Dealers and Manufacturer’s Reps) in the regional marketplace.
    • Each Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing current HealthWay Partners business through training, hands on assistance with sales presentations, providing Partner sales enablement materials, and monthly goal setting.
    • Each Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling to end-market organizations with the regional marketplace.
    • Each Regional Sales Manager is responsible for keeping an up-to-date best of ability pipeline and forecast of HealthWay Partner deals as well as end-market opportunities.
    • Each Regional Sales Manager is responsible for working directly with a Sales Coordinator on orders, fulfillment, and reporting.
    • Each Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving adoption of our self-serve HealthWay Partners portal.
    • Each Regional Sales Manager is responsible and encouraged to find new ways to indoor air quality solutions in their market including localized marketing, tradeshows, etc.
    • Each Regional Sales Manager will work tirelessly to log notes from meetings, calls and text messages, effectively updating pipeline on a daily basis
