HealthWay and OKTOair Team Up to Provide AI-Led IAQ Technology Platforms

Pulaski, NY – December 07, 2021 – HealthWay and OKTOair (Authorized Reseller) have teamed up to provide one of the world’s first AI-led tech platforms to improve the health and well-being of the United Kingdom’s newest luxury development.

Rigby & Rigby’s Lancelot House, a 17,000 square foot mansion in Knightsbridge, will become the UK’s first residential WELL-certified building when it is completed next year. Using AI-led technology, 17 of the main living spaces will be fully automated and equipped with sensors to control and monitor all key factors to provide a healthy space.

The sensors can help determine the number of people in each room, weather conditions, how spaces are being utilized, temperature, humidity, pollution, and pollen levels. This data will allow the system to properly ventilate and clean the air using inputs from the environment.

“Not all air quality problems are the same, so understanding how each space is heated and cooled, ventilated, and occupied, are all key factors to delivering a healthy space. Now all of this can be done intelligently based on user interaction,” said HealthWay® Global President Vinny Lobdell.
